The continental breakfast was great with a fantastic variety. the location is excellent for getting around Palencia, close to a big Supermarket, fast food outlets, dual carriageway, and the city center.

The room was new-fashioned and I had a good breakfast. The staff were very attentive every time I dealt with them. Location: the hotel was just off the old center, a big Supermarket and 2 or 3 fast food outlets and an industrial shopping area and fast food places-1km away from restaurants. And it's just a pleasant stroll away from Papareschi, ate there once or twice. I enjoyed spending time here.

Breakfast as buffet with 12 euro cost quite good and rich.hotel modern,good beds,good bathroom.15 minutes walk to the historic center.garage 9.50 euro.windows well insulated.
Location not so great between 2 petrol stations, but an old factory tower nearby.

Excellent 4 star chain hotel, Proved to be well located as 10 minute walk to centre (cathedral, shops, river). Very comfortable and clean room. Staff helpful and efficient.

Food available in the evening not vey good, in fact the club sandwich I had without doubt the worst ever, the chicken in there was disgusting.

The staff at the hotel restaurant was attentive and provided friendly service. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to visit.- It was great to take a leisurely walk around the nearby city centre.

The room was first class and there were two pillows for each bed!!
Unfortunately, our one night stay was on a Sunday and there was no restaurant facility .. only bar snacks.
